Danbury Symphony Orchestra: Spring Fling!-Classical to Jazz

Under the direction of Ariel Rudiakov, the DSO concert will open with Mozart’s Così fan tutte Overture, followed by Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony—with the final movement realized! Then, enjoy a jazz set featuring music made famous by Charlie Parker, with guest artists Elliot Davis (violin) and Julian Shively (piano and cello).
Cosmos Piano Duo

The program will include Beethoven’s Eroica Symphony, Selections from Carmen, Tango, and Rossini’s William Tell Overture.
Pianist Larry Ham
Richter Arts Center 100 Aunt Hack Road, Danbury, CTPianist Larry Ham will present a recital of his unique arrangements of classic jazz favorites, along with a few of his own compositions for piano. His interpretations and improvisations draw on a lifetime of experience performing as a professional jazz pianist in New York City and touring on the national and international jazz stage.
