RSO Quartet Chamber Concert

Tickets:  $37.50-The RSO is thrilled to present the RSO Quartet concert in collaboration with The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum. The concert will feature a program of music inspired by Raven Halfmoon: Flags of Our Mothers – one of the current exhibitions at The Aldrich.  Works to be performed include String Quartet in D Major, Op.71 No.2 by Franz Joseph Haydn, String Quartet in B Minor, Mvt. II. Andante con larghezza by Teresa Carreño, Quartet No. 4, Mvt. IV. Allegretto pizzicato by Béla Bartók and selections from Five Folksongs in Counterpoint by Florence Price.  Connections to the art of Raven Halfmoon will be articulated throughout the performance.

Patrons attending the concert are encouraged to arrive early to visit the galleries before the concert begins.  The Aldrich will be open late from 5:00 PM until the concert begins at 7:00 PM.
