Since January 2006 the Newtown Cultural Arts Commission (NCAC) members have made connections between generous donors and recipients in the community. Though still homeless, the NCAC continues to solicit and distribute musical instruments, sound and stage equipment, fine art and supplies and much more on behalf of the town.
